Canoe and Hike Kalamalka Lake Provincial Park
Explore Kalamalka Lake Provincial Park
from both water and by land. Beauty surrounds “the lake
of many colours”, it’s natural beaches and shoreline
represent unique riparian zones. Our guide Reg Scott, an expert
canoeist will give us a tour of the trail network in the park
that represents the habitat of the semi-arid grassland interior
then we will spend an afternoon or evening on the lake. Perfect
for beginners - we'll show you how to canoe and include a
safety lesson too as we paddle along the shore and then take
a break for a soak and tan.
This journey is about 4 hours and includes transportation,
guide, canoes and safety equipment; trail snacks, beverages
and lunch.
