A Waterfall in a Canyon and Layer Cake Mountain
This four-hour hike is an inspiration for the
explorer at heart. We meander down the grassy hillsides into
Gallagher’s Canyon where we will rendezvous with the
spirits of the placer miners of long ago. Experience the excitement
of the mysteries that may provide us with pay dirt as this
narrow trail meanders to Hydraulic Falls. View Layer Cake
Mountain, the Hoodoos, and Pinnacle Rock as we do our fair
share of bushwhacking, viewing and sharing the stories of
what might have been, and what may be.
This is a Bearfoot Route Mystery Tour, so expect
some special surprises along the way. Our guided tour will
include an introduction to heritage varieties of fruit and
lunch at the famous Kelowna Land & Orchard Company Teahouse.
